FAX
Fax orders are accepted 24-hours-a-day at (305) 865-3147 (local/international). Please include your name, billing/shipping address, exact product name and price, as well as your credit card information. For faxed orders, please be sure to include your daytime phone number.

E-MAIL

Orders received after 2:00 pm EST (11:00 pm PST) are processed the next day. Overnight orders must be received by 1:00 pm EST (10:00 am PST) to ship the same day.

ORDER STATUS
Shortly after you place your order you will get an email order confirmation. That email will have your order number as well as a list of everything you ordered. Additionally, you will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order is shipped. The following lists more options available to you:

TRACKING
You can view your online order status anytime by clicking on the “Order Status” link on this site and logging in with your e-mail address and password. For your convenience, newtrendsusa.com will e-mail your UPS tracking number and order information when your order ships.

CUSTOMER SERVICE
If there is any problem with your order, one of our sales representatives will contact you. Please make sure you provide us with you correct phone number and e-mail address, in case we need to contact you.

BACK ORDERS
Sometimes, we run out of an item sooner than we had anticipated. If this occurs, we will ship the available items in your order immediately, and place the unavailable items on back order. Back ordered items will be shipped to you as soon as they arrive. You will not be charged any additional shipping charges.

IMPORTANT! You will never be charged for any backordered items until they are shipped. If at any time you want to cancel your back order, just contact one of our customer service representatives at info@newtrendsusa.com or 1 (800) 950-4786.

CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS
If you need to change or cancel an order, please call us at

Why do we need your billing address? In our continuing effort to combat fraud, we thoroughly investigate the validity of all credit cards. SALES TAX
Sales tax is only added to orders shipped to Florida addresses. Florida sales tax is 7%.

SHIPPING RATES
We offer FREE shipping ( UPS Ground ) on purchases over $ 50.00.


SHIPPING OPTIONS

We use UPS in most of our Continental USA shipments. If it is a small item, we will use the United States Postal Service.

SHIPPING DELIVERY TIME
All orders shipped via UPS are trackable. For your convenience, newtrendsusa.com will e-mail your UPS tracking number and order information when your order ships.

PROCESSING
We process all orders during our regular business hours (Monday through Friday 10:00am to 7:00pm Eastern Time). Our order cut-off time is 2:00pm. This means orders placed after 2:00pm will be processed the next business day. Provided there are no problems with your billing address or credit card, most orders ship out the same day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will not be processed until the next business day.


RETURN POLICY
Not satisfied? newtrendsusa.com sets the industry standard with a 30-day, no-questions-asked satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you are entitled to a full refund, exchange, or store credit (within 30 days from the date of your invoice, as long as the product is in its original unused/uninstalled condition).


PRODUCT WARRANTIES
Every item newtrendsusa.com sells is covered by the manufacturer warranty. Not by us. Since each manufacturer has different warranty procedures, contact us and we’ll help get your warranty issue taken care of. INT'L ORDERS PROCEDURES
For your protection we have set the following additional procedures for all International Orders:

1. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover cards. Cashiers Check or wire transfer (e-mail for instructions) in US funds only.

2. International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees in their countries.

3. Due to high risk and/or shipping costs, newtrendsusa.com does not ship to some countries. When you fill in your billing address, if your country is not on the pull down menu then we do not ship there.

4. Because of the high cost of shipping, we do not ship heavy court equipment or balls internationally.

5. We do not ship any orders over $500.00 internationally to new customers.

6. We do not ship any orders with a US bill- to address to an international address.

7. For the fastest most economical service we use DHL on most orders.

8. Since we are unable to verify credit card billing addresses with foreign banks, for your protection as well as ours, we will need the following information faxed (305) 865-3147 or e-mailed (info@newtrendsusa.com) as an attachment:

a. Front and back copy of credit card to be used.
b. A photo identification that contains a signature and matches the first and last name on the card being used.
c. You don't need to send this information again as long as you use the same credit card, unless your card has expired

9. We will hold your order up to 7 days to receive the above information. If we do not have the information on file or have received it we will cancel your order after 7 days.
We understand that some of these procedures might be restrictive, but due to the high risk of fraud with international orders we have had to implement these procedures. newtrendsusa.com reserves the right to hold up or refuse to ship any International order it deems fraudulent.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & HANDLING RATES
For the fastest and most economical service, we use DHL International Express (2-4 days to most countries). If you have any questions regarding shipping to your country, just send us an e-mail at info@newtrendsusa.com. International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees. We have a $500.00 maximum amount order limit for a new international customer. Due to unreliable shipping or fraud, newtrendsusa.com reserves the right to restrict shipment to any country at our discretion.
